We are open from 6:00am – 9:00pm Monday to Friday and 8:00am – 8:00pm Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays.

At anytime Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. On all other days 6:00am-7:30pm.(max 2 children per adult)

All pay monthly contracts are for a minimum of 12 months and will roll over unless you inform us, cancellations are by e-mail (coremembership@claregalwayhotel.ie) only and must give 30 days notice. 

All memberships and swim terms are Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable

If you miss a swim lesson the class must continue as usual so a credit/refund or reschedule cannot be given.

The class will continue as usual so no notification is needed.

Yes you will only be allowed to access the pool with a swimming hat, we sell them at the leisure center reception for €3 or guests can charge them to your room.

Access to our Gym and Fitness Studio is restricted to 16 Years and older.

Access to our Recovery Suite is restricted to 18 Years and older.

From time to time there may be event bookings but we try to limit these, always a good idea to check with us before making plans.

Children 0-13 are welcome in our pool when accompanied by parents / guardians (max 2 per adult). Children between 14 & 16 are welcome when a parent or guardian is present on the premises. 

No phones in the pool, changing rooms.

No diving, running or horseplay is permitted in the pool area.

Swimming nappies are required for small children or any guest who may be incontinent.

No children under 18 are permitted in the Spa Area (Sauna, Steam Room or Jacuzzi).

There are changing rooms available at the leisure center.

We can supply you with Towels at the leisure center.
