PAUSE MEMBERSHIP FORM

Need to put a hold on your membership, we are here to help but we got a few rules first!

All requests for Pausing Membership must be sent through this request form, you must give 7 days notice before you want your pause to take effect.

Membership pause must be for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 90 days, your membership will automatically commence after the requested date.

After review we will get back to you, please allow 3 working days.
