GYM CLASSES At Core Fitness

Our Core Fitness members enjoy over 70 fitness classes per week including Yoga, Zumba, Swimming classes, Pilates based class called Breathe and Balance and more. We offer a wide variety of instructor led classes in our studio as well as internationally renown Les Mills virtual classes such as Spinning and Body Pump. Our fitness philosophy is based on not only physical well being but also mental well being.

So why not join us for a fitness class, order your healthy meals from Fit Food on the go or wind down in our relaxing jacuzzi, steam and sauna room. Recovery is an essential part of your fitness journey. Our team of fitness professionals are here to guide you through your health journey. We also offer an induction program where we assess your goals and create a custom plan for you if you are interested in one.

Outdoor Fitness Classes

Bookings are now open for our outdoor fitness classes from the 10th of May. Book your class on the Core Fitness Claregalway App. Maximum class capacity is 15 persons socially distancing per session. Location of the classes is the private parking area for Core Fitness. Sessions are 45 minute and the price is €8 per session.

Monday:  10am – Strength + Core, 6pm – HIIT

Tuesday: 7am – Body Blast, 1pm – HIIT

Wednesday 10am – HIIT, 6pm – Body Blast

Thursday 7am – Strength + Core, 1pm – Body Blast

Friday – 10am Only – Body Blast


Join us for outdoor fitness classes with Cathal and Jonathan. Only 15 persons per class in a safe socially distanced outdoor setting.

A fitness instructor will be available at all times in the gym to offer advice and answer any questions you may have in order to make the most of your membership and achieve your goals.

KETTLEBELL At Core Fitness

This fantastic class is designed to guarantee 1000 calories burned off in a one-hour session. It has a mix of "Kettlebell" and high cardio exercises which are perfect for muscle toning.


YOGA At Core Fitness

Stretch and ease your body and soul back into alignment with our Yoga Yoga class. We offer beginner and intermediate classes for the more experienced yoga members. 

Breathe & Balance At Core Fitness

A Pilates style exercise class targeting postural alignment and core strength and conditioning in a relaxed and easy setting. We focus on similar principals as yoga and thai chi to bring balance back to your body.



Our water based full body workout to the hippest of tunes. This class is great to keep mobility and flexibility with soft impact on your joints. A social and enjoyable keep fit class that is very popular amongst our members. 

SPINNING At Core Fitness

Spinning is an excellent exercise to strengthen your heart and tone your legs! 


BOOTCAMP At Core Fitness

Bootcamp is a fat loss and fitness class that tones your body all in 45 minutes. Its fun and has an easy to follow structure suitable for all fitness levels.

BARS & BELLS At Core Fitness

The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body incorporating dumbbells and barbells.


TRX At Core Fitness

The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises.
